We will be assessing the current state of organic traffic and the overall digital presence of the existing real estate brands/offices below.

The intention to create a “reference point” for the above brands’ digital presence, including organic traffic and Google My Business visibility.  Our “snapshot” will also provide a list of digital resources, which could be leveraged as a road map for updating critical Google My Business and citation-based websites with the new, consolidated identity.

The final report will include the organic traffic, total traffic, branded vs. non-branded searches and ranking keywords, and position of rankings.

Although an essential part of the process, our report will NOT provide instruction or granular recommendations for implementing the consolidating of the brands and their respective digital assets.

It is vital to take into consideration, that although it is a reliable, long-term SEO strategy to combine all websites (and brands) into one, many moving parts must be implemented to minimize any loss of organic visibility.  Please be aware that even small changes in content and structure will have search engines “reshuffle the deck” so be prepared for your rankings to “bounce” dramatically and should settle down over a 30-90 day period.

To avoid any confusion, we feel it is just as important to mention what is NOT included in our package as to reference what IS included.
  • Specific Recommendations for Consolidation –  The goal of our final report is to ascertain the web presence, organic value, and overall visibility, broken down by each current brand and individual office.  We will not be providing technical direction for the implementation.
  • SEO Accountability – Because another entity will perform the actual work of the consolidation of the websites/brands, One Click SEO shall not be held responsible for the overall outcome of the conversion.  Moving forward, we would be happy to assist with the ongoing work to increase search engine rankings and brand visibility over time by submitting an additional proposal.

Our Plan

Prerequisite Items

To provide a snapshot of the individual brand’s web visibility and overall SEO, we would need access to the following accounts:

  • Google My Business for each particular office
  • Google Search Console for each website
  • Google Analytics for each website

In addition to pulling specific data from the above accounts, we will provide detailed visibility data such as:

  • Branded vs Non-Branded searches
  • Total traffic counts
  • Organic traffic counts
  • Keywords that each site ranks for
  • Positions that each keyword ranks for
  • Full website site scan and technical audit report
  • Times GMB pulls in Google Maps per month
  • Times GMB pulls in Google Search results
  • Activity for each respective Google Office Listing
    • Website Visits from GMB
    • Phone Calls from GMB
    • Photo Views from GMB
    • Direction Requests from GMB

Upon accessing all data and pertinent information, we will create a single report that shows overall visibility and details for each website (brand) and the respective Google My Business Listings under each office location.

In addition to the overall statistics included in the main report, we will provide a detailed report for each website with a deeper dive into the organic search metrics and rankings. 

Lastly, each website technical audit will be provided individually.

We will complete all of the stated work within 45 days of having full access to all of the prerequisite accounts.  Since the timing substantially affects the pricing, increasing the time by 50% provides us a little more flexibility in price. 

Visibility Snapshot of 3 websites/brands (we are omitting Noles-Frye and Realty Executives)  and 22 Google My Business Listings (omitting Noles-Frye) for each branch office – $5,225

Invoice will be generated from Start Day.

*1.5% late charge per month for 30+ days past due accounts.
