While aesthetics are important, we believe business websites should also be built with your ROI (return on investment) in mind. All of our websites are custom-built on the WordPress platform and uses only premium WordPress plug-ins. We build on the Astra Pro theme leveraging Beaver Builder Pro as the builder. This lets even modestly competent users update the website using a visual builder while insuring speed, functionality and stability.
Every website we build is fully responsive, meaning it will automatically adjust to display properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
Most importantly, everything we do is set up in your name. This is a critical distinction, as many developers maintain control over domains, hosting, and other key aspects, effectively locking clients into their services. We ensure you retain full ownership. We also rely on proven, high-quality paid themes and plugins to minimize technical conflicts and guarantee that any qualified designer can easily manage your site in the future.

We believe there’ no single, silver bullet to effective Digital Marketing. To be successful and receive the best Return on Investment, we recommend a holistic approach to Digital Marketing that includes a Modern Website, SEO, Content Marketing, Pay-per-click (PPC), and Backlink sculpting.

We believe in total transparency. Our detailed Project Management System (OPS) ensures that our clients can see our entire Digital Marketing plan and can monitor the progress. Every time that we update or complete a task, you will receive an email explaining what work was done. In addition, you can always log into the full OPS system to monitor the progress of your project.

The website will be designed for optimal performance, user experience, and scalability, ensuring compatibility with mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
The client has selected https://www.rti-inc.com as a reference for the desired look and feel of the new site design.
Core Deliverables
Custom WordPress Build-Out:
We will create a fully responsive and modern website with a focus on usability and visual appeal, using the client approved content for each page. The images and content will be provided by the client and most likely pulled from one of the two existing sites. If new stock photos are required, One Click SEO will purchase and license all new images. Stock video is available, but would be an additional charge (only the cost of the video with no mark up). All stock images/videos and licensing will be provided through Adobe Stock.
Number of Pages:
The web build is priced for 20 pages, with the specific pages to be selected by the client. Additional pages can be added at a rate of $80 per page. The price includes importing all blogs from both existing sites. Once the new categories are chosen (aligned with the categories in the Google Profiles), the blogs will be organized accordingly. If blogs cannot be imported via the native WordPress importer, additional hourly charges may be incurred.
Blog Roll: The Blog Roll (which counts as a page) will be designed with a modern layout, with a sidebar for easy navigation.

Design and Development Approach:
Hosting: Hosting will be provided by the client for the live site. We will build out the site on our hosting on a non-indexable domain. Client will have access to the URL at all times for progress and approval of pages. Upon “Go Live” we client will create an environment on their hosting (Kinsta) and move site to their hosting. *NOTES
Collaborative Process:
You will have full access to The One Click Project System (OPS) and can view progress at any time. We encourage active client involvement throughout the build to ensure the best outcome. Our OPS system provides visibility into every task on the project. Client will also receive an email any time a task is completed.
Content and Media:
Client will provide content for all pages, service descriptions, and any required photos. Most likely chosen from one of the two websites. We can supplement with stock photos where needed. Each page must include at least one image and unique copy. Unique images (not stock photos) are recommended.
Timeline:
We anticipate the entire project will take 30–60 days to complete. The duration may vary depending on the access to existing citations.
Post-Launch Support:
The website will be customer-ready at “Go Live”
We provide 30 days of bug fixes and minor updates for 30 after Go Live date. Ongoing maintenance is available through our Website Maintenance program or any of our ongoing digital marketing programs.
Combining of Google Profiles:
Understanding that brand consolidation requires Google recognizing the changes, it is critical that all of the Google Business Profiles be updated with the new brand information. The chosen GBP categories should be in parity with the categories and/or URL structure of the website. We will optimize all aspects of the Google Profile to One Click SEO’s Best Practices.
We will perform a Citation Audit on each GBP to see which 3rd party sites need to be updated. It is highly advisable that the client attempt to acquire ALL usernames/passwords for each account. These are sites like: Yelp, Foursquare, Yellowpages, etc. If credentials are unavailable, One Click SEO will attempt to gain access to each site independently and update. If unable to access in any way, we will build a new citation account with correct NAP. Another option (depending on the severity of the citation audit) we could use an API to override the respective citations, but this would incur a small monthly fee to keep active.
As a general rule, we will provide 40+ of the webs most powerful citations with accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone number).
301 Redirects
Additionally, 301 redirects will be set up for both existing sites, forwarding traffic to the most relevant new pages. We consider this a basic requirement for any new or replacement site, so it is included as part of our offering.
Site Schema
We will implement basic but unique business schema in JSON format for the new site. This includes the research needed to identify the most granular schema available.
Payment Terms
- 50% due upfront to start the project
- 50% due upon site go-live
- 30 days of bug fixes and updates included after launch to insure functionality. Any issues reported and acknowledged within 30 days will be corrected irrespective of time frame to implement.

Keyword Research and On-Page SEO
SEO, Keyword Research and 301 Redirect Strategy
While all of our websites are built with a strong SEO foundation, most web builds—ours included—do not come with fully customized on-page SEO. To effectively optimize a page or blog for specific keywords, we first need to understand which keywords are being searched and are most relevant to your business. With this insight, we can strategically implement internal links and structure the pages to maximize search visibility.
Since comprehensive keyword research and tailored on-page SEO are not included in our standard web build, we are offering both as an optional service. If this option is not selected, internal linking will be applied only in the most obvious cases.
Additionally, 301 redirects will be set up for both existing sites, forwarding traffic to the most relevant new pages. We consider this a basic requirement for any new or replacement site, so it is included as part of our offering.
What is
NOT INCLUDED in Your Proposal
To avoid any confusion, we feel it is just as important to mention what is NOT included in our package as to reference what IS included.
- Page Copy – You will provide the content for all pages on the new site.
- Photos – We can supply licensed stock photos as needed, but unique, custom photos are recommended.
- Digital Marketing – This proposal is strictly for the website build and does not include ongoing digital marketing services. We are including the conversion of the Google Profiles, schema and the 301 redirects from both sites in the proposal.
- Website Maintenance – Although we provide 30 days of bug fixes and minor updates after the site goes live, monthly maintenance (WordPress updates, plugin updates, and security) is not included. We do offer a maintenance and hosting plan that includes all updates, security, and 30 minutes of website work for small updates for $105/month.
- Logo Design – This proposal does not include logo creation. You will also provide the primary website colors, typically matching your logo.
- Hosting – This proposal does not include hosting as client has a good hosting account with Kinsta. Site maintenance and updates are to be performed by the client or agent of the client moving forward unless otherwise noted.
