All of our websites are custom-built on the WordPress platform and hosted on our “One Click Hosting” system. It is specifically designed for WordPress and includes essential features such as an SSL certificate (for HTTPS), daily backups, and a CDN (content delivery network) for enhanced speed and performance.
Every website we build is fully responsive, meaning it will automatically adjust to display properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
Most importantly, everything we do is set up in your name. This is a critical distinction, as many developers maintain control over domains, hosting, and other key aspects, effectively locking clients into their services. We ensure you retain full ownership. We also rely on proven, high-quality paid themes and plugins to minimize technical conflicts and guarantee that any qualified designer can easily manage your site in the future.

Design and Development Approach
Collaborative Process: You will have full access to The One Click Project System (OPS) and can view progress at any time. We encourage active client involvement throughout the build to ensure the best outcome.
Content and Media: You will provide content for the About page, service descriptions, and any required photos. We can supplement with stock photos where needed. Each landing page must include at least one image.
Timeline
We anticipate the project will take 30–60 days to complete. The duration may vary depending on the availability of content and the level of client engagement and communication.
Post-Launch Support
The website will be customer-ready at launch.
We provide 30 days of bug fixes and minor updates after the site goes live.
Hosting & Maintenance Plan
We offer in-house hosting and maintenance services to ensure your website performs at its best at all times. The plan is $105/month, which includes:
- Blazing Fast Web Hosting with CDN and SSL
- Daily Backups with easy restoration options
- Ongoing Updates of WordPress plugins and infrastructure
- Website Monitoring to ensure the site remains up and running properly
- 30 minutes of development time per month (non-cumulative)
Payment Terms
- 50% due upfront to start the project
- 50% due upon site go-live
- 30 days of bug fixes and updates included after launch
What is
NOT INCLUDED in Your Proposal
To avoid any confusion, we feel it is just as important to mention what is NOT included in our package as to reference what IS included.
- About Page Copy – You will provide the content for the product descriptions and the About Page.
- Photos – We can supply stock photos as needed, but each product will require at least one image provided by you.
- Digital Marketing – This proposal is strictly for the website build and does not include ongoing digital marketing services.
- Website Maintenance – Although we provide 30 days of bug fixes and minor updates after the site goes live, monthly maintenance (WordPress updates, plugin updates, and security) is not included. We do offer a maintenance and hosting plan that includes all updates, security, and 30 minutes of website work for small updates for $105/month.
- Logo Design – This proposal does not include logo creation. You will also provide the primary website colors, typically matching your logo.
Financial
Investment
All of the websites we build are custom. You will have full access not only to our Project Management System (PMS) but also to view the website at all times during the build-out process. We’ve found that web builds progress more smoothly when the client is actively involved throughout the design phase, rather than waiting until a page is fully completed for review. The level of involvement and your ability to provide copy and photos will ultimately determine how quickly the site is ready to Go Live.
We anticipate this project will take 30–60 days to complete. As with all of our websites, we ensure the site is customer-ready at launch and offer 30 days of bug fixes and minor updates after the Go Live date.
